With 35 years of diverse leadership experience across revenue operations, digital marketing, information technology, mobility solutions, creative agencies and social enterprise, Babla has consistently driven innovation, and scaled impactful businesses.

As former COO of Regalix Inc., Babla led rapid global expansion, customer success, M&A initiatives and process excellence in the revenue operations space.
Earlier, as Co-founder and COO of Sub-K, Babla pioneered digital financial inclusion infrastructure for rural India.

A former business leader at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for two decades, Babla spearheaded mobility and value-added services initiatives.
Since 2022, Babla has been dedicated to collaborating with visionary minds to ideate, build, and scale forward-looking solutions for emerging global challenges.

Girish Narkhede

Head of Finance & Engineering

Girish is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience across Digital Marketing, Social Enterprise, Telecom VAS, IT Systems, Telecom OSS, and Retail domains.

He previously led strategy, planning, and investor relations at BASIX Sub-K iTransactions Ltd, helping launch operations and implement ViTranSP, a micro-transaction PoS platform. Before that, at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Girish headed the pre-sales team for VAS, SDP, and Mobility Solutions, shaping mobile technology offerings and building strategic partnerships. Earlier, he led product development and application management projects for high-tech and telecom clients.

Most recently, Girish served as Vice President of Finance and Information at Regalix Inc., where he focused on driving innovative service delivery and strengthening IT infrastructure. For the past three years, he has been actively mentoring multiple young startups, guiding them toward financial efficiency and investor readiness.
